CM - Platform

Working at CM, I worked on unifying the SaaS platform as a UX designer. There were a lot of different services that we wanted to give more of a family/suit feel.

Platform

My main goal as UX designer was to improve the UX of CM.com’s set of tools. Based on customer interviews, stakeholder interviews and user testing we started improving the platform working towards a more universal look and feel. Transforming it from several different apps to an app family.

GIN Messenger

The GIN messenger was a whatsapp chat client, making customer support through whatsapp available (which wasn’t at te time). The GIN messenger had custom branding but also fit into the suit of CM.com’s apps.
